Complaints Book

Libro de Reclamaciones Under the Peruvian Consumer Protection and Defence Code, Law No. 29571, and its Complaints Book Regulations.

This is the virtual Complaints Book of Lynch Professional Service S.A.C., which provides its services under the Lynch Payroll brand. Use it to file a complaint or a grievance about the service contracted or about the attention received, and to obtain a receipt with its registration code.

This English version is a reading aid. The record keeps every item of information the Peruvian Complaints Book requires, and the procedure is governed by Peruvian law.

This is not a sales channel. If you are looking for a service proposal, that form is on the home page: the two records are kept separate on purpose.

Response time

Lynch Professional Service S.A.C. will handle the complaint or grievance within the maximum period set by the Peruvian regulations in force, currently fifteen working days, not extendable.

Filing a complaint or grievance in this Book does not prevent you from using other dispute resolution routes — conciliation, arbitration or the courts — and does not in itself constitute a report to Indecopi. They are separate procedures and neither excludes the other.

Filing the complaint or grievance

Fields marked with * are required. The data recorded is used only to handle and answer the complaint, under the privacy policy. It is not used for advertising or sales prospecting, and there is no marketing consent box in this form.

Record details

The official date and time of the record are assigned by the server when the complaint arrives.

Sequential and unique. Generated on the server and shown on your receipt.

Consumer details

We send the copy of the receipt to this address.

When the consumer is a minor, the complaint is filed by a parent or legal representative.

Product or service

Only if there is an amount in dispute. In figures, without thousands separators.

The complaint
Is this a complaint or a grievance? *

What happened, when, and which period or deliverable it relates to. Up to 3000 characters.

What you expect us to do: correct a calculation, redo a deliverable, refund an amount, explain a decision.

Up to 3 files, 5 MB each and 10 MB in total. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP. Do not attach full payrolls or other workers’ data: they are not needed to handle the complaint.

Anti-spam verification pending.

Placeholder for Cloudflare Turnstile. The verification is checked on the server; a check made only in the browser is not accepted as valid.

The virtual Complaints Book is not connected yet. The service that receives and numbers complaints is missing, and so is the anti-spam verification, so the button is disabled on purpose: we are not going to show a receipt for a record that does not exist. In the meantime, file your complaint by email to contactenos@lynch.com.pe or by phone on +51 919 460 672, giving the same details as this form: it is registered all the same and with the same response time.

We will reply within the maximum period of fifteen working days, not extendable.

Retention of complaint records

Complaint records and their receipts are kept for a minimum of two years from filing, with access restricted to the staff handling the complaint, backup copies and secure deletion at the end of the applicable period. The period is extended where a legal obligation, an investigation or an ongoing dispute justifies it.
