Privacy policy
This policy describes how the site actually works as built. The data controller details, the retention period and the effective dates are confirmed and included. The document has not yet been through legal review. The contact form is disabled: while it is disabled the site does not collect, send or store personal data, and Cloudflare Turnstile and n8n are not installed.
1. Data controller
Lynch Payroll is the commercial name under which LYNCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE S.A.C., RUC 20613944801, provides this service.
The data controller and owner of the personal data bank is LYNCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE S.A.C., Peruvian Tax ID — RUC 20613944801, registered address Avenida La Encalada 1388, Office 702, Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru.
The privacy contact person, who handles requests relating to personal data internally, is Carla Ospino Cabanillas.
For any question about this policy you can write to contactenos@lynch.com.pe or call +51 919 460 672.
2. What data we collect
This site collects data only through the proposal request form. The fields are:
- Required: company name, current number of workers, full name, email and phone.
- Optional: pay frequency, remuneration structure, labour regime and a free-text message.
We do not ask for your workers' data or salary information in order to prepare a proposal. Please do not include third parties' personal data in the free-text message: the form is not the channel for sending payroll information.
3. What we use it for
To handle your request: to review how your company operates, prepare the commercial proposal and contact you using the email or phone number you provide. We do not use this data for marketing communications other than the request you made, unless you expressly and separately authorise it.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by expressly ticking the box on the form before sending it. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
5. Who it is shared with
The data is handled by the sales team dealing with the request. In addition, the technology providers that run the site and the form take part:
- Site hosting: Hostinger. The provider's specific legal entity and the region where information is stored will be confirmed in the hosting agreement; this policy will be updated with that detail. No international transfers are declared that have not been confirmed.
- Anti-spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, planned and not yet installed. While the form is inactive, no third-party anti-spam service runs and no related information is transmitted.
- Form delivery and routing: n8n, planned for a later stage. While it is not active, the site's form neither sends nor stores data.
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. How long we keep it
Data provided through the contact form is kept for up to twenty-four months from the last communication or interaction related to the commercial enquiry. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised, unless a contractual relationship, a legal obligation or a duly justified need requires keeping it for a different period.
- If the person becomes a client, the necessary information is added to the records relating to the contractual relationship. Those records are subject to the applicable legal and contractual periods.
- Data is not kept indefinitely.
- A deletion or objection request may be actioned before that period ends where legally applicable.
- Form data is used to answer the enquiry, prepare a proposal and carry out reasonable follow-up on that proposal.
- Form data is not used for newsletters, mass campaigns or later advertising without an additional authorisation where one is required.
7. Cookies and analytics
In its current version this site installs no analytics or advertising cookies, and includes no Google Analytics, Tag Manager or third-party pixels. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested through a cookie notice before they are activated.
Once Cloudflare Turnstile is installed, it may use technical browser information for the sole purpose of distinguishing people from automated systems. In the current version of the site that service is not loaded.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, updating, inclusion, deletion or objection to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw your consent, under Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations. To exercise them, write to contactenos@lynch.com.pe stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the periods set by the regulations.
If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact the Peruvian National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
9. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information received through the form. This policy does not describe specific technical measures while they are not implemented and verified: it does not list controls the site does not yet apply.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version at this same address, with its last modified date.
